Decent stay with room for improvement

While the design of our Comfort Double Room was excellent, the unfortunate door incident led to a restless night. The staff's response to the situation felt inadequate. Future guests should ensure the door is properly secured. Breakfast options looked promising.

luxury hotel with reasonably spacious and cheap rooms and a functional bathroom. delicious breakfast with the option of gluten-free pastries, really good and welcoming workers. remote location, at a short distance from martiniplaza. really comfortable stay, as always.

The hotel offers a unique upside-down design that adds a funky character to the overall experience, making it visually intriguing.

Some aspects of the service were lacking, such as the surprise about the need to request room cleaning in advance, which disrupted my stay.

The beds were a bit tiny, and the breakfast was packed, but the staff were super friendly and the location was quiet-perfect for a run in the park, sweet as!

We enjoyed biking around the city with my grandson. The hotel had comfortable accommodations and a nice design that was appealing to the whole family. It was a great base for exploring Groningen.

My kids wished for a bit more entertainment for families.

I had a lovely experience at the restaurant, where the staff were attentive and provided excellent service during my meals.

The Comfort Room Limited View offered a nice, modern design with two walls of windows that provided excellent views of the gardens and the city. The staff was attentive, and the restaurant had a menu that exceeded standard offerings-a highlight was the delicious ribs paired with unique local beers. The ambiance was pleasant and conducive to relaxation.

I really loved the modern style of the room, especially the two walls of windows bringing in so much light, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with tons of delicious choices, though the dining area got crowded and made the experience a bit hectic.

The breakfast here was tasty and included warm gluten-free pastries, a great value; also, the hotel is conveniently situated near a charming park perfect for a morning run.

Great location in Groningen, close to local transport and amenities. the hotel is only 3 km from popular tourist attractions like the bell tower.

The location of this venue is perfect and magnificent, being so close to the main train station and the city center.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location is very convenient, being very close to both the train station and the city center.

A minor improvement could be made in terms of the bathroom lighting.
